Technical Officer
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate civil construction projects to ensure timely completion, required quality standards, and cost control.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Take site measurements and prepare quantity calculations for billing and material planning.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve site issues.
- Maintain site records, reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- NCT (Civil), NVQ Level 5 or above in Civil Engineering Technology, HND in Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in civil construction, project supervision, or building maintenance.
- Ability to read construction drawings and prepare measurements.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Age below 35 years.
