Qualifications
- 1 year experience in leading hotels.
- Excellent communication and positive attitudes,
- NVQ level qualifications
- Ability to work insifts weekends and holidays
Female Restaurant Manager
Responsibility
- Handle daily FOH operations
- Ensure smooth workflow & exceptional guest service
- Deliver outstanding customer service & handle feedback
- Contribute to cost control & profitability
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lanka health regulations
- Lead overall restaurant operations
Requirements
- Age below 35
- Fluent English & Sinhala
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant managerial experience
- Strong leadership & communication
- Proficient in POS, MS Office
- Flexible with shift work
