BPO Associates (Australian Accounting & Mortgage Processing)
Location: Sri Lanka (Colombo - Onsite)
The Job
- Process and manage mortgage application documentation.
- Review and verify client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with Australian mortgage brokers and internal teams.
- Manage reconciliations, general ledger, and month-end/year-end processes.
- Perform loan servicing calculations, borrowing capacity assessments, repayment calculations, and financial analysis.
- Analyse clients' income, expenses, liabilities, and supporting financial documents.
- Analyzing account data and generating financial reports.
- Liaising with Australian clients for daily operational queries.
The Person
- Previous experience in BPO, banking, finance, lending, or mortgage processing will be an advantage, but fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Qualifications in CA/ACCA/CMA will be an added advantage.
- Working experience with XERO, MYOB accounting software will be added advantage.
- Strong Communication skills in English both written and spoken.
