IMMEDIATE RECRUITMENT IN FREIGHT FORWARDING & LOGISTICS
With a dense network of over 100 locations in more than 35 countries, The Militzer & Münch, German based Group with headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland is looking for energetic individuals to join with their own Sri Lanka Branch unit - M&M Militzer & Muench (Pvt) Ltd located in Colombo 04.
EXECUTIVE - IMPORT DOCUMENTATION
With a dense network of over 100 locations in more than 35 countries, The Militzer & Münch, German based Group with headquarters in St. Gallen, Switzerland is looking for energetic individuals to join with their own Sri Lanka Branch unit - M&M Militzer & Muench (Pvt) Ltd located in Colombo 04.
IMPORT OPERATIONS (DOCUMENTATION)
Experience :
- 1+ years experience in handling all aspects of import documentation including fluency in ASYHUB and EDI procedures.
- Valid riding license (motorbike).
- Working experience in Cargo consolidations will be definite advantageous.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing Import Documents and checking accuracy of the received documents
- Checking Document Accuracy
- Communication with Stakeholders
- Tracking Shipments
- Managing Delivery Orders
- Customs Clearance Coordination (if any)
- Maintaining Compliance
- Record Keeping
General attributes :
- Basic computer literacy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
- Residing in Colombo or the suburbs.
