GROUP ACCOUNTANT
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced financial professional to join our team as Group Accountant. The successful candidate will oversee group-level financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls to support strategic decision-making across our business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal governance protocols.
- Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow analysis across group entities.
- Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
- Evaluate financial performance metrics and recommend operational improvements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- CA Passed Finalist
- OR
- Part Qualified (CA / CIMA / ACCA) paired with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Work Experience
- Non-Audit Experience: Minimum 3 years in a commercial or corporate setting.
- Audit Experience: Minimum 2 years in external/internal audit.
- Industry Preference: Direct experience in the Healthcare Service Industry will be considered a strong added advantage.
Age Criteria
- 30 – 40 years
Key Competencies & Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS / local GAAP).
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership qualities.
