GENERAL MANAGER — ALL MARKETS
Lead. Inspire. Deliver Excellence. As our General Manager - All Markets, you will drive growth across all markets, strengthen our global presence and take TRT to greater heights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee daily operations across all areas pertaining to Sales of the Company
- Implement new Strategies & Develop existing strategies and procedures in order to improve productivity
- Explore new markets / possibilities
- Conduct regular visits and carry out Audits and forward status report to the Management
- Ensure all sales targets are achieved within the time line
- Upgrade existing sales
- Drive business development, sales, marketing and brand positioning
- Monitor financial performance, budgets and ensure cost effectiveness
- Ensure excellent customer service and high quality delivery
- Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and industry standards
- Represent the company in key meetings, trade shows and industry events
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven experience in managing multiple markets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the global travel trade, DMC operations and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
