SERVICE ADVISOR – BODY SHOP

Location: Colombo 10

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive body shop is mandatory.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of vehicle body components, repair processes, painting and estimating.
Ability to inspect vehicles, identify repair needs and coordinate repair tasks with technicians.
Experience in handling job cards, repair updates, cost estimates and customer follow-ups.
Familiarity with service systems and insurance claim handling is an added advantage.
