Executive – Quality Assurance (Farm Shop Operations)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Conduct regular and unannounced food safety and hygiene inspections at farm shops.
- Ensure compliance with the company's food safety, quality, and hygiene policies and procedures across all meat shop operations.
- Monitor employees' personal hygiene, grooming standards, and food-handling practices to ensure compliance with established requirements.
- Verify the hygienic handling, storage, preparation, and display of meat products throughout the process, from receiving to final display.
- Ensure meat shop operations comply with applicable government regulations, statutory requirements, and food safety standards.
- Conduct periodic food safety, hygiene, and quality awareness training for meat shop employees.
- Proactively manage and follow up on customer complaints related to meat shop operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Technology, Bio Technology, Agro Food Technology, Agricultural Business, or Animal Science from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the manufacturing or food sector.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, and GMP.
- Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Male candidates are preferred.
