Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position or as a sous chef in a higher-category hotel.
- A good knowledge and experience in different cuisine.
- Expected to manage a team of 22 & take full responsibility of the operation.
- Well experienced in menu planning & good knowledge in food costing.
- Mastered in hot range, cold kitchen & bakery.
- Ability to administer in English and manage two outlets (Main restaurant & the Bistro)
- To be able to work in an online environment.
- Ability to maintain discipline & standards within the department, offering good leadership.
- Flair for training a young and dynamic team of individuals.
- Ability to be proactive with a positive attitude at all times.
- Overseas experience would be an added advantage.
- Age below 50.
