Marketing Manager
Automobile Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is the authorized agent & distributor of GAC AION Electric Vehicles in Sri Lanka. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and generate sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, brand management, campaign planning, and customer acquisition, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Manage marketing campaigns, promotions, events, launches, and activations.
- Work closely with the Sales team to generate and convert quality leads.
- Develop engaging content and coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and other external partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, leads, and ROI.
- Manage the company's social media presence and digital communication channels.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Develop marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing expenditure.
- Maintain consistent brand guidelines across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations for management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive, retail, FMCG, consumer, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant digital marketing tools.
- Experience in managing external agencies and marketing partners will be an added advantage.
