ERP Implementation Consultant

100% REMOTE OPPORTUNITY. Candidates must be based out of Alberta or Ontario.

JOB SUMMARY

The ERP Implementation Consultant is responsible for both supporting and implementing the organization’s ERP system to ensure it meets business needs and runs efficiently. This role combines day-to-day user support and troubleshooting with system configuration, deployment, and process improvement.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2 – 5 years of ERP Implementation experience with ERP products.
  • Completion of a business/systems diploma or degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with Acumatica is considered an asset.
  • Relevant Acumatica certifications.
  • 2-5 years of accounting experience. CPA is an asset.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, install, upgrade, troubleshoot and maintain ERP systems.
  • Work with clients to troubleshoot accounting issues and employ system solutions to improve business processes.
  • Deliver customized reporting requirements in complex environments.
  • Provide technical support and consultation to clients.
  • Take responsibility for individual productivity.
  • Take direction with the latest business technology, developing trends and approaches.
  • Maintain industry type certifications.

ABILITIES & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS

  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment in which projects are completed as per timelines.
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financials.
  • Ability to actively listen and skilled in expressing ideas and presenting them in user-friendly language.
  • Strong sense of accountability and able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Technologically savvy and able to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent English reading, speaking, and writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

WORKING HOURS

  • Mon – Friday
  • 8am – 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
  • This position is eligible to be worked 100% remotely.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses and quarterly bonuses. Benefits are available after passing a 3-month probation. We believe in education and professional growth — you will complete several technical Sage (Acumatica) certifications.
