Survey and Implementation Manager
Renrui Lanka is expanding its talent pool and is seeking an experienced Survey and Implementation Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be assigned to one of our multinational clients and will work closely with the client's Delivery & Service team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the telecommunications industry, supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of site deployment activities, while working closely with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to plan, monitor, and manage survey and implementation activities, ensuring timely project execution.
- Monitor supplier progress and manage supplier POs and acceptance processes related to assigned work.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain effective communication with all relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with internal and customer systems for project tracking, data management, and reporting, while preparing timely management reports.
- Understand telecommunications solutions, equipment, and industry standards to support site deployment and recommend suitable solutions based on changing site conditions.
- Coordinate overall survey and implementation activities to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are completed within the required timelines.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications equipment, solutions, and industry standards.
- Understanding of telecommunications site deployment and related implementation activities.
- Strong ability to coordinate and manage customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Good reporting, data management, and project tracking skills, with the ability to work effectively in English.
