Candidate Role...

  • Ensure full compliance with all AML/CFT laws and regulations, acting as the designated Compliance Officer and liaison with the FIU and other regulatory authorities.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance (including AML/CFT) policies, procedures, and risk management frameworks, oversee customer due diligence and transaction monitoring, and report key compliance matters to the Board.
  • Oversee compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 09 of 2022 and act as the designated Data Protection Officer (DPO).

Candidate Profile...

  • Exposure to regulatory and statutory compliance with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law or equivalent Professional qualification.
  • Professional qualification in Compliance (IBSL / CAMS / CISI) will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing compliance, risk and internal audit.
  • Age between 32 – 45.
