APIT Sri Lanka is seeking a committed and student-focused Student Learning Engagement Officer to join our Academic Administration team and support students in strengthening their academic engagement, attendance and overall learning experience.
STUDENT ENGAGEMENT OFFICER

- Passionate about student engagement, retention and success.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Empathetic, approachable and able to understand and respond appropriately to different student needs.
- Confident in conducting student meetings and follow-ups.
- Strong in problem-solving, research, analysis and reporting.
- Able to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.
- Highly organised and committed to maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.
- Experienced in a higher education environment or student support role would be an advantage.
ENTRY QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (BSc Psychology) or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience in student support, counselling, academic administration or a higher education environment would be an added advantage.
