For our "Laxapana" manufacturing plant located at Homagama, we are on the lookout for applicants for the following vacancy.
PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passed G.C.E. A/L
- Possessing qualifications in manufacturing/production management would be advantageous
- Around 1 to 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exposure in ISO standards / QA process would be advantageous.
- Good communication and IT skills.
