Join Our Team as,
TECHNICAL ENGINEER
Join our growing Aftersales team and play a key role in supporting Electric Vehicle (EV) operations across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate island-wide vehicle recovery and roadside assistance.
- Provide technical support to customers, service advisors, and authorized dealers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and EV-related technical issues.
- Monitor dealer performance and maintain service quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, monitor workshop KPIs, and support warranty investigations.
- Liaise with manufacturers on advanced technical matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in automotive aftersales, workshop operations, or technical support.
- Experience with EV technology and diagnostic systems is an advantage.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
