Join Our Team as,
Manager / Assistant Manager – Dealer Network & Automotive Projects
Join our growing Aftersales team and play a key role in supporting Electric Vehicle (EV) operations across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive dealer network expansion by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new dealer partners.
- Manage the end-to-end dealer appointment process, from evaluation through operational readiness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners while supporting operational excellence.
- Lead showroom, workshop, and automotive infrastructure development projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, corporate identity (CI), and infrastructure requirements.
- Monitor dealer performance, oversee project milestones, and prepare management reports.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in automotive dealer network development, dealer operations, or automotive project management.
- A qualification in Automotive Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Strong project management, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel across Sri Lanka when required.
