PARTS ASSISTANT
Join our growing Aftersales team and play a key role in supporting Electric Vehicle (EV) operations across Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue spare parts while maintaining accurate records.
- Manage inventory transactions through ERP/DMS systems.
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment activities.
- Conduct stock counts, audits, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing spare parts shipments.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of automotive and EV components.
- Issue parts to workshop teams and support timely repair completion.
- Maintain warehouse organization and compliance with 5S standards.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in spare parts inventory, warehouse operations, or automotive parts management.
- Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts and inventory control processes.
- Experience with ERP/Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with EV spare parts handling will be an added advantage.
