Lead high-performing operations and drive meaningful business results
HealthRecon Connect is a technology-enabled healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) partner to US healthcare providers, with delivery operations spanning Sri Lanka, India and the Philippines.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Operations to lead multiple client verticals, strengthen operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and drive strong client and business outcomes.
This role is responsible for overseeing operational performance, client relationships, capacity planning, people management, process efficiency, and continuous improvement. The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening controls, improving performance, managing change, and ensuring operational compliance across assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and be responsible for client multiple verticals managing operational excellence, client relationships and people.
- Attend to periodic capacity planning for assigned clients through proactive modeling/predictive analysis.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of MIS statements for tracking the operational and transactional performance.
- Consistently managing change in onboarding new clients, inter/intra SBU changes, people change, etc.
- Effectively communicate and support inter/intra SBU change initiatives.
- Streamline internal controls and ensuring efficiencies.
- Hire, manage, coach and development of high performing teams identifying individual strengths of the team members and actively foster career advancement.
- Effectively apply the best practices to all strategic decisions.
- Enforce company regulatory standards to ensure the area of responsibility is in compliance with HIPAA and ISO standards.
- Solve complex customer service issues by proactively identifying and eliminating root cause barriers to accuracy, productivity, and high quality.
- Optimize utilization of company resources for better business results.
- Monitor team member KPIs on daily, weekly basis and collate reports for the quarterly team member performance evaluation.
- Managing low performance with the support of Senior Team and HRBPs.
Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- 8+ years of business operations experience.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial/leadership experience.
- 3+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
- Proven experience managing large teams and driving operational performance.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and business outcome delivery skills.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma, Project Management, or process improvement is an added advantage.
- Master’s degree in business management is an added advantage.
