Quantity Surveyors

Vajira House being pioneers in the house construction industry, counting for over a period of 110 years and spanning 5 generations. (Since 1916 a British Government Era Co.)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Colombo 03 Head Office.
You will play a key role in our housing projects, managing costs from design to completion of the house. Knowledge in computer literacy is essential to carryout record keeping, preparation of work schedules and reports.
Looking for an office-based Quantity Surveying career? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in residential construction.
- Age below 45 years.
- NCT, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
- Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, post-costing, and cost control.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy.
