TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE
Join our technical team and help transform innovative garment designs into premium products through technical excellence and precision.
FULL-TIME • IMMEDIATE VACANCY
LOCATION: Colombo 05
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review tech packs, grading, patterns and garment specifications.
- Conduct fit sessions and provide technical comments.
- Prepare production comments and fit approvals.
- Liaise with factories to ensure first-time-right production.
- Resolve technical and construction issues during production.
- Monitor sample development from prototype to production.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years' experience in garment technical or product development.
- Experience in woven garments will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of garment construction, grading and fit analysis.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes from sampling through production.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with garment CAD systems or PLM software will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.
