FACTORY PRODUCTION MANAGER
THE ROLE
- Lead daily factory operations with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Daily production planning & throughput across
- Manage staff schedules, production targets and Efficiency targets
- Cost, yield, and waste control
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP, GMP & FSSC standards.
- Oversee on-time production deliveries
- Handle inventory, packaging, storage, and dispatch.
- Troubleshoot issues and drive process improvements.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Support New Product Development and testing.
- 5 years Previous experience in factory management, operations, or a related field (preferably in food) is an added advantage.
- Experience managing teams of 30+ on a production floor
- A hands-on leader who's comfortable on the floor, not just in reports
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO22000, BRC A+ and FSSC2000
- Ability to work 6 days a week in Moratuwa
