Senior Executive – Access Management Unit

Role Profile

Reporting to the Head of HR, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and administering the Company’s employee access management function by ensuring the timely provisioning, modification, review, suspension, and de-provisioning of user access to systems and applications. The role will ensure that access rights are granted and maintained in accordance with approved authorization levels, Company policies, information security standards, and governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and process user access requests in accordance with approved authorization matrices, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), the principle of least privilege, and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, Information Security, Compliance, and business units for timely provisioning, modification, transfer, and revocation of user access.
  • Ensure timely modification or removal of access following employee transfers, resignations, retirements, terminations, or other employment changes.
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews and recertification to ensure privileges remain appropriate and aligned with job responsibilities.
  • Monitor privileged, sensitive, and high-risk access; identify, escalate, and report unauthorized or inappropriate access and exceptions.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process manuals, guidelines, and other access management documentation in line with business, regulatory, security, and governance requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, information security standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable governance frameworks.
  • Investigate and resolve access-related issues, exceptions, and operational matters in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and MIS covering access activities, service levels, compliance, exceptions, and risks.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing access records and documentation and coordinating the timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, process optimization, continuous improvement, and enhanced access management governance.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security or Business Information Systems from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Operations, preferably within a Banking and Finance sector.
  • Knowledge of company circulars relevant for User Access granting and authority limits.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, processes and standards of the Company.
  • Have good analytical, interpersonal and organizing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have high level of computer literacy.
