DEPUTY MANAGER – STUDENT ENROLMENT & PROMOTIONS (UNIVERSITY OUTREACH PROGRAMMES)

As we continue to lead and transform, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is seeking a passionate and driven professional who embodies responsibility, adaptability and a commitment to excellence to take on this exciting role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and implement university outreach and student recruitment initiatives to achieve enrolment targets.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, academic staff, career guidance units, and student organisations.
- Organise and conduct awareness programmes, career fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Represent CA Sri Lanka at university and education-related events.
- Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
- Monitor outreach activities, analyse enrolment trends, and prepare performance reports.
- Supervise assigned staff and manage outreach projects effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in student recruitment, higher education, marketing, or stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Strong planning, organisational, and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel island-wide for university outreach programmes.
