Restaurant Assistant Manager
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL BE IN CHARGE OF OVERSEEING THE CAFE'S OVERALL PERFORMANCE AND SALES, MAKING SURE THAT THE BUSINESS ACHIEVES ITS GOALS.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure high standards are maintained consistently and daily operations run smoothly whilst driving the team to work towards excellent customer service and deliverables.
- Assist in monitoring staff progress, developments, reports and appraisals
- Prepare monthly sales and performance reports.
- Accountable for food cost management and P&L
- Responsible for supervision of food preparation and closely working with head chef and kitchen team to ensure that food quality standards are met and delivered to customers.
- Ensure that operations team adhere to sanitation, food safety and hygiene standards.
GOT THE SKILLS
- 2-3 years of relevant management experience required
- Strong leadership skills, performance management, coaching and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise with all employees and customers at all levels.
