QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Delmege Interior Decor, a leader in premium interior solutions under the Delmege Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our QS team, supporting cost planning, budgeting, and financial control across interior and furniture projects.
Key Responsibilities
- BOQ preparation for projects.
- Pricing of the tender documents.
- Liaising with architects to understand the project scope and requirements.
- Prepare rate analysis for project components.
- Coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure accurate and competitive cost estimations.
- Assessing overall project costs and identifying potential financial risks.
- Taking off drawing measurements and physical measurements and verifying with on-site details where necessary.
- Preparation of cost database and analyse cost details.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Experience in furniture costing or interior industry would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project and QS software.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC, CIDA and standard contract forms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and ensure cost efficiency.
