- Strategize to increase current market share and secure the management of residential and commercial properties.
- Diversify the business into providing related Facilities Management and value Engineering consultancy services.
- Oversee the operations and management of multiple facilities/properties.
- Providing guidance and supervision to management and technical staff to ensure that all MEP services within those facilities are operated optimally within minimum down times.
- Ensure that the building fabric is maintained in good condition.
The Person…
- Preferably with a degree in Hospitality / Management, and a master’s in business administration would be a great advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality industry / Operation Management / Business Development management, in a managerial position.
- Should possess Leadership skills, People Management, Customer Service and Public Relations skills.
- Excellent spoken and written Communication Skills in English and IT Literacy is a must.
- Preferably below 55 years of age.
- The candidate should be a team player with a “Can do attitude” who is capable of working extended hours under pressure and travelling as and when required.
