KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day operations across departments
- Lead, supervise and motivate staff to achieve targets
- Monitor KPIs and ensure high performance
- Develop, implement and monitor SOPs and processes
- Coordinate with management to achieve business goals
- Prepare reports, forecasts and action plans
- Ensure excellent service delivery and student satisfaction

- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects
- Experience in operations, administration or management
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills
