HealthRecon Connect is a technology-enabled healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) partner to US healthcare providers, with delivery operations spanning Sri Lanka, India and the Philippines.
We are looking for an experienced Specialist – Marketing with strong communication and content development skills to support marketing and sales initiatives for the US healthcare market.
This role will support the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership, Sales, Operations and cross-functional teams globally. The selected candidate will contribute to content development, sales support, business development, industry events, marketing analytics and brand consistency across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities across digital, social media, content, email, website, and branding channels for our US audience.
- Create marketing and sales materials such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, articles, white papers, email campaigns, and newsletters.
- Work closely with senior leadership, Sales, Ops, and other cross-functional teams globally to support sales enablement, business development, client communications, and alignment with broader business goals.
- Monitor industry and market trends in the US healthcare space to inform content and campaigns.
- Support website updates, SEO, email marketing, and CRM activities.
- Support US conferences, events, sponsorships, and industry memberships through research, content, and coordination.
- Track marketing metrics and support reporting.
- Manage multiple projects at once while keeping brand consistency and quality.
Qualifications and Certifications
- 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably covering digital marketing, content, social media, and communications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication, business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, website and content management.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for content creation, research, marketing, and production.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting website content updates and changes using WordPress or similar CMS is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, analytics, and other marketing platforms is an advantage.
- Experience in developing short-form video and digital content for social media platforms will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Healthcare, RCM, BPO, SaaS, Technology, or B2B environments is an advantage.
