Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a pastry/bakery kitchen
- Grade 2 (Commis) level pastry skills
- Up to 2 years hands-on experience acceptable
- Knowledge of baking fundamentals — doughs, batters, fillings, and finishing
- Ability to maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Willingness to learn and grow with us
