DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE
As part of our expansion, we are in the look out for a dynamic and professional individual with following qualifications and experience to join our growing team as the DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal & written communication skills in the Sinhala & English Language.
- Display an understanding of import & export operations.
- Hands-on experience with ASYCUDA and customs-related documentation will be highly advantageous.
- Exhibit a diligent work ethic, a commitment to professional growth and the ability to maintain composure under pressure and the make sound decisions that benefit the organization.
- Possess a minimum 2 years' work experience in documentation, logistics, freight forwarding or a related field.
- Completed a certificate course in Logistics/ Freight forwarding considered as an advance qualification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and process import and export documentation accurately and on time.
- Handle ASYCUDA/customs-related documentation and submissions.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customs, freight forwarders, customers and other relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs, shipping and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper records and follow up on documentation-related matters.
- Support the smooth and timely clearance and delivery of shipments.
