INDUSTRIAL SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
- Leverage a solid understanding of mix trial proportions and water-cement ratios to advise clients.
- Discuss and resolve cement-admixture compatibility issues, specifically involving PCE superplasticizers, retarders, and accelerators.
- Assist batching plants with slump retention solutions while optimizing their overall cost per cubic meter.
- Develop and implement bulk commercial sales strategies based on market analysis, customer needs and business opportunities.
- Lead, control and evaluate bulk sales performance to achieve volume, revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage relationships with key customers, contractors, developers and batching plants.
- Monitor KPIs, forecasting, market trends and competitors.
- Accountable for achieving the Bulk Commercial sales target in accordance with the approved business plan.
- Set sales territory priorities, strategic customers and market development initiatives.
- Negotiate commercial agreements within delegated authority.
- Recommend pricing, commercial schemes and sales programs.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ Level 6 or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Candidates with proven, hands-on working experience of 5+ years directly within the cement, ready-mix concrete (RMX), or construction materials sales sector will be considered as fully equivalent.
- Age below 40 years.
