OPERATIONS MANAGER
Travel Ready Tours (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and experienced professional to join our growing team and lead our operations to excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee daily travel and transport operations
- Coordinate hotel travel desks, drivers, vehicles, and tour arrangements
- Ensure smooth airport transfers, excursions, and guest transportation
- Monitor service quality and ensure excellent guest satisfaction
- Manage suppliers and maintain strong relationships with hotels and partners
- Supervise the operations team and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Handle operational issues professionally and provide immediate solutions
- Monitor vehicle utilization, operational costs, and overall efficiency
- Prepare and maintain daily and monthly operational reports
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in Travel, Tourism, Transport, or Hospitality Operations
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Good command of English
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operations simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan tourism destinations and transport operations
- Computer literacy and good reporting skills
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage
