Minimum 1 year of experience as an Air Ticketing Agent or in ticketing operations within the travel industry.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (GDS certification is an advantage).
Solid knowledge of international and domestic ticketing procedures, fare rules, reissues, and travel documentation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills in English; Sinhala and/or Tamil is an advantage.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple flight bookings, and perform well under pressure.
