We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic male candidate with experience in purchasing and knowledge of hardware items for immediate recruitment. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work with great brands and will receive training where necessary. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse operational environment.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements.
Vacancy: Purchasing Assistant
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role.
- Good knowledge of hardware items.
- Must be male due to field visit and delivery coordination duties.
- Should be willing to work in a dynamic and field-based environment.
- A/L Qualification or Certificate course in Purchasing Management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Job Role:
- Handle local purchasing including obtaining supplier quotes & raising PO.
- Manage store operations.
- Visit suppliers to collect items and coordinate delivery vehicles.
