We are looking for energetic, passionate, and dedicated individuals to join our team in the following Trainee position
Program Officer (Trainee) – Tamil Medium
As a Program Officer (Trainee), you will assist in:
- Organizing workshops, youth camps, and community awareness programs.
- Support project documentation, report writing, and data collection.
- Maintain communication with regional youth groups and stakeholders.
- Represent the organization in field-level activities.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Social Sciences, International Relations, Law, or a related field (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Tamil language proficiency is essential, with additional proficiency in Sinhala and English expected.
- A strong passion for human rights and social justice.
- Ability to travel to various districts for fieldwork.
Salary: Rs. 45,000 per month during the trainee period.
