Sales Associate / Fashion Stylist
Ceyora Colombo is looking for a friendly, confident, fashion-focused Sales Associate / Stylist to join our showroom team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, styling customers, building relationships, and turning showroom visits into successful sales.
Position Details
- Location: Colombo 05
- 100% On-Site Role
- Compensation: Basic Salary + Sales Commission
- The more customers you successfully sell to, the more sales commission you can earn.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Understand each customer's style, preferences, occasion, sizing, and requirements.
- Recommend suitable Ceyora office wear, evening wear, casual wear, dresses, and co-ord sets.
- Provide personal styling assistance, including outfit, sizing, and styling recommendations.
- Encourage customers to try different designs and confidently guide their purchasing decisions.
- Convert showroom visitors into successful sales.
- Proactively approach customers rather than waiting for customers to request assistance.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow up with interested customers and previous customers when appropriate.
- Inform customers about new collections, available designs, promotions, and special offers.
- Assist with showroom orders and pre-orders.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Ceyora products, including designs, sizes, fabrics, fit, availability, and pricing.
- Keep displays, racks, fitting rooms, and customer areas organized and visually attractive.
- Support visual merchandising and maintain Ceyora Colombo's premium brand presentation.
- Work closely with the showroom team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.
Performance & Sales Commission
This is a performance-driven sales position. In addition to the basic salary, the Sales Associate / Fashion Stylist will receive sales commission on eligible customer sales/orders. The more customers you successfully convert into sales, the more sales commission you can earn.

There is no need to limit your earning potential to the basic salary: stronger customer conversions and higher sales performance create the opportunity to earn more through sales commissions.
Requirements
- Candidates below 27 years of age are recommended.
- Strong interest in women's fashion, styling, and customer service.
- Confident, friendly, energetic, and comfortable approaching customers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate styles.
- Strong sales mindset with the confidence to close sales.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Professional appearance and presentation suitable for a premium fashion showroom.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Previous experience in fashion retail, clothing sales, styling, beauty, hospitality, or customer-facing sales is an advantage.
