KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors at the office.
- Understand each client's requirements.
- Maintain strong and positive client relationships.
- Ensure inquiries are followed up in a timely manner.
- Assist with general client coordination duties.
- Respond to inquiries about our products and services.
- Follow up on inquiries and quotations.
- Coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
- Keep accurate records of all follow-ups.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Confident, friendly and professional with clients.
- Comfortable handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Proactive, positive and willing to learn.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused relationship builder.
- A good listener who understands client requirements.
- Comfortable with computers and email.
WHO CAN APPLY?
