- Location: Colombo / Dehiwala
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in relevant field

Your Role
- Handle customer calls professionally in Hindi.
- Assist customers with their questions and requirements.
- Make outbound and inbound calls when required.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve customer concerns.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in Hindi (Speaking) – Mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Care, Call Center, Sales, Telecalling or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to advanced computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, MS Office, email and related applications.
- Positive attitude, confidence and a customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
