Positions Available: SHIFT MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to lead factory operations during the assigned shift and ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shift production activities to achieve daily targets.
- Supervise and motivate production team, ensuring effective manpower utilization.
- Monitor productivity, quality, downtime, wastage, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, 5S, and company standards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other support functions to resolve operational issues.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive productivity and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Maintain shift records, reports, and effective handover between shifts.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Science, Bio Science, Agriculture, Manufacturing, Production, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing/factory environment, including multi-disciplinary team leading experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or similar improvement practices as an added advantage.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
