FACTORY MANAGER
Duties & Responsibilities
- Overall Responsibility of production process
- Developing & implementing production strategy
- Reserching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost
- Should demonstrate team leadership attributes and should posses interpersonal relationship with all level.
- Excellent communication skills
- Work closely with operation team to ensure smooth delivery and follow up
- Preferred age below - 35 years
Skills, Experience & Qualification
The ideal candidate should
- Experience in manufacturing sector
- Have expert knowledge in workstudy, production planning & Quality assurance
- Have Excellent Problemsolving skills and manpower maintain
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of industrial experience.
