Draftsman
Next Solution Pvt Ltd is an emerging Land & Engineering Surveying company based in Gampaha Town.
The company seeks to recruit experienced, young, and positive individuals to work under a Registered Licensed Surveyor.
Job Profile:
- Meet clients to identify their requirements and expectations.
- Assist the Licensed Surveyor when conducting Land Surveys.
- Develop various types of Survey Plans and Engineering drawings using AutoCAD & Civil 3D software.
- Experience in RDA, NWSDB drawings will be an added advantage.
- Prepare and manage documents for the tender process.
- Manage Office Documents, Clients, and Survey instruments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc/NDT/NCT/NVQ/TTI in Draftsmanship, Quantity Surveying or relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Construction or Surveying Industry.
- Expert knowledge in AutoCAD & Civil 3D software.
- Ability to handle Survey Instruments will be an added advantage.
- Driving skills with a valid License will be an added advantage.
Personality:
- Problem-solving and good communication skills.
- Positive mindset.
- Age between 28-40
Salary is negotiable and will commensurate with qualifications and experience for the right candidate.
