Maintenance Engineer
CIC Livestock Solutions Group consists of CIC Feeds (Pvt.) Limited, CIC Poultry Farms Limited, CIC Vetcare (Pvt.) Limited, and AsiaVet Lifesience Pvt. Limited. As a vertically integrated poultry industry business, we manufacture animal feed, and operate hatcheries, broiler farms, and a modern processing plant. Our products are preferred by customers due to their guaranteed quality and assurance of safety. Vertical integration allows us to ensure biosecurity across our value chain and provide further assurance to our customers.
The Role
We are on the lookout for a Maintenance Engineer to be part of our experienced team. The selected person should maintain and improve the performance of all machinery in our Poultry feeds manufacturing plant and general equipment at Ja Ela and to train the technical team for efficient, cost effective, and continual improvements in performance.
The Candidate
The candidate shall have followed a BSc in Electrical Engineering, Automation degree or equivalent specializing in the Electrical or mechatronics field for at least 4 years at any recognized technical institute. Shall have at least 2-3 years of working experience in a Manufacturing organization.
Basic knowledge of the fabrication field and civil construction is essential and utility services are a prerequisite for this position. The following qualifications would be an added advantage.
- The ability to work with AutoCAD / MS office packages and AI tools.
- Familiarity with the SAP maintenance module
- Familiar with Utility services and machinery maintenance like Power generators, Air Compressors and Steam Boilers etc
- Knowledge of ISO22000-HACCP and ISO9001.
- Knowledge on TPM base maintenance program
Willing to work long hours or weekends as per the requirements. Oral & Written communication in English is essential.
