Amagi Foods Supply (Pvt) Limited a leading company in Sri Lanka process Seafood for both local and export markets for more than 25years.
FACTORY MANAGER
We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience in food processing, to build and manage our production team, develop our quality assurance standards and drive our product development process.
The ideal candidate should:
- Possesses a Food Technology related qualification from a recognized institution
- Have minimum 5 years of experience at management level in food production
- Be below 45 years of age
Requirements:
- Possesses a degree in Engineering or related discipline; will be added qualification
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Food manufacturing in at least 5+ years of managerial experience in production
- Strong expertise in food production processes/ procedures, food safety and compliances, labor utilization, inventory management (raw material, packing materials, spare parts, finished goods), and cost reduction / management; Sea Food processing plant experience is a definite advantage
- Ability to ensure seamless production while achieving the set production objectives by implementing actions plans.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, computer literacy, and communication (English and Sinhala Verbal and Written) skills.
