Position Overview
Cable Solutions PLC is seeking two capable Production Supervisors to lead daily production activities, achieve production targets, and maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved.
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity.
- Implement and maintain 5S, safety, and quality management practices.
- Train, guide, and develop production team members.
- Prepare production reports and coordinate with relevant departments.
Qualifications & Skills
- G.C.E. A/L completed.
- Diploma or HND in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Industrial Management, or related field.
- Professional qualification in Production or Operations Management is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, manpower planning, and production scheduling.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and workplace safety.
- Computer literacy with MS Office knowledge.
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in cable, harness, or related industries will be an added advantage.
