The company seeks the services of an experienced person to fill the below vacancy.
POST OF ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Job responsibilities;
- Checking and entering data to Quick Book Package, payments, receipts etc.
- Preparation of Bank reconciliation.
- Dealing with IRD matters, VAT calculation and return upload with IRD – RAMIS system.
- Monthly financial statement preparation with other staff.
Successful candidate ideally have;
- Part qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL)
- Audit firm experience for 2-3 years.
- Working experience in similar capacity for 2-3 years.
- Experience in VAT system and dealing with IRD – RAMIS system will be an added qualification.
- Having good working experience in Microsoft office packages.
- Working experience & knowledge in Quick Book package will be an added qualification.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Be dynamic, proactive and able to perform to meet targets and deadlines.
