Sales Analyst

You are required to work remotely on USA hours and must be flexible with your working hours.
What you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in business management/ Statistics or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years’ experience in retail planning, allocation, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and data interpretation abilities.
- Strong Ms office skills, especially in MS Excel for financial reporting such as formulas, graphs, charts & pivot charts.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other enterprise BI tool is added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Ability to work within a high –performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timeline and aggressive goals
- Strong organizational Skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize critical issues
- Self –Starter, resourceful, team player
- Must work well independently in a busy environment as well as with others
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and updating Weekly/Daily sales report.
- Design and creating ad-hoc reports needed for market meetings.
- Manages inventory, forecasts sales trends, and builds financial merchandise plans to maximize profitability and optimize stock levels
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
- Create macros, dashboards and other forms of automation wherever necessary.
- Act as an escalation point to resolve issues, spot pain points and opportunities, and apply required solutions.
