WORKSHOP & MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Boehm & Leckner Multi Moulds (Pvt) Ltd is a leading mould making and injection moulding facility located in EPZ Katunayake. Our key export markets include the USA, EU, UK, Germany, Australia and South Africa. ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFIED FACILITY.
EDUCATION
- BSc Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing) or equivalent qualification
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise workshop and manufacturing operations
- Ensure efficient utilization of machines, materials and manpower
- Willingness to work in workshop environments and related areas
- Monitor production quality and implement improvements
- Coordinate with design and production teams to meet schedules and quality standards
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the workshop
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workshop practices
- Familiar with CAD/CAM and ERP systems
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality certifications
- Autodesk Inventor / Siemens NX (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
- Ability to plan and problem-solve in a manufacturing environment
