REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Create and publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Conduct reference checks and maintain candidate records.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
  • Good Payroll experience skills needed.

Good Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems ATS is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered recruitment tools is highly desirable.

Work from Home Requirements & Setup

  • Working hours: 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM (As per AUS working time).
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable equipment.
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 40–48 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Progressive Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in generalist HR functions for full-cycle recruitment, payroll, and handling employee relations.
  • 2-3 Years online foreign company experience with Australian Labor Law would be advantageous, but not essential.
  • Legal Compliance Knowledge: A strong, practical working knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory workplace benefits.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), SimpleBooks, and data management tools to track attendance, audit payroll, manage financial records, and generate workforce reports.
  • Professional Certification: A recognized industry credential (such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or advanced HR Diploma) that validates leadership readiness and ethical mastery.
  • Australian visa processing and embassy liaison experience is an advantage (not essential).

English Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
