nKey Qualifications
n- n
- A Master’s degree or PhD in Education, Early Childhood Education, Educational Psychology, Child Development, or a closely related discipline from a recognised university. n
- A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant academic/professional experience, preferably in higher education. n
- Demonstrated experience in academic leadership, programme coordination, curriculum development and quality assurance. n
- Experience in teaching and learning at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. n
- A strong record of research, publications, presentations or scholarly engagement will be an advantage. n
- Experience in developing academic partnerships and professional/community engagement will be highly desirable. n
